Guilford rental management feels reactive instead of proactive

I have a rental in Guilford, CT and the management experience has been uneven—some issues get handled quickly, others linger with little explanation. Tenants are getting frustrated, and the financial statements don’t give enough detail to track what’s going on. I’m thinking about changing managers but want to avoid repeating mistakes. How do you vet companies properly?

Scenario questions work better than generic ones. Ask how they’d handle an emergency repair and what communication you’d receive step by step. Clear processes usually mean fewer surprises. I referenced Guilford CT Property Management https://propertymanagement.rentals/guilford-connecticut/ while building those scenarios—worth a look before interviews.
