CASE was founded over 40 years ago by Joe Feldman, a former special educator, with the guiding principle that all students deserve access to high quality special education services - regardless of a family's income level or home language.

CASE's services are provided at sliding scale; no one is turned away due to family income level. In fact, 67% of CASE's advocacy services are provided to clients who cannot and do not pay for our services.

In the 2022-2023 school year, CASE advocates:

• provided direct advocacy services to 12o families and 125 students

• spent more than 500 hours in IEP meetings

• conducted 280 FREE consultations

 

Now more than ever, the work of CASE is needed. Requests for our services have more than doubled in the 2023-2024 school year. Please help us help students and their families today.
