I want to buy an Apple gift card for my friend. The problem is that I live in one country, and she lives in another.
I tried to send her the card online by email, but the order was cancelled.

Apple has fairly strict region restrictions here. If your friend's ID is registered in another country, regular gift sending through the App Store or iTunes is often automatically canceled, especially if the account and card regions don't match.
